Web Design Built to Rank and Convert

A business website has one job: turn searches into customers. We design and hand-build sites that load fast, read clearly, and are engineered for Google from the first line of code.

No page-builder bloat, no stock template with your logo swapped in, and no "SEO sold separately" surprise after launch.

What a Synergy website includes

Design, engineering, and the search plumbing most builders skip, delivered as one project.

  • Custom design matched to your brand, not a rented template
  • Hand-coded, fast-loading pages: no heavy site-builder frameworks
  • Mobile-first layouts that work on every screen
  • Written copy included: service pages, city pages, and about content
  • Full SEO foundation: titles, schema markup, sitemap, clean URLs
  • Analytics, contact forms, and call tracking wired from day one

The copy line deserves emphasis: we research what your customers actually search and write the pages to match, because a beautiful site with empty words ranks for nothing. Service pages, area pages, and the questions customers ask all get written for you, in your voice, with your approval before launch.

Speed is engineering, not luck. We build lean static pages that score well on Google’s speed checks without plugins or caching tricks, because there is simply less to load. Fast sites rank better and convert better, and they stay fast because there is no plugin stack to rot.

How a build works

A defined process with your approval at every visible step.

01

Discover

We learn the business, pull real search data for your market, and map the pages the site needs to win those searches.

02

Design

You see the design direction early and approve it before full buildout. Brand, layout, and imagery are matched to you.

03

Build & write

We code the site and write every page. You review the copy for accuracy in your trade and your voice.

04

Launch & measure

We handle domain, hosting, analytics, and search submission, then measure rankings from day one so the site proves itself.

Redesigns and rescues

Already have a site that is slow, dated, or invisible on Google? That is most of our web design work.

A redesign starts with an audit of what the current site does and does not do: what ranks, what loads slowly, what confuses visitors. We keep what Google already rewards, preserve every address that ranks so you lose nothing in the move, and rebuild the rest. If your site simply is not showing up at all, our guide to why a website is invisible on Google explains the usual causes.

Every build is designed to pair with SEO and local SEO, and for many clients we also run the IT and phones behind the same business: one team, one number, everything accountable. Wondering about budget first? The 2026 website cost guide publishes the market ranges.

Web design: FAQs

How much does a website cost? Published 2026 market ranges: professionally built small-business sites commonly run $2,000 to $10,000+, with template work below that and ecommerce above it. Our website cost guide breaks the ranges down. Your number depends on pages, copywriting, and features, which is what a scoping call establishes.

How long does a website take to build? A typical small-business site runs three to six weeks from kickoff to launch, driven mostly by how fast content decisions and approvals come back. Larger sites and ecommerce run longer.

Do you use WordPress or a site builder? Usually no. We hand-build most sites as fast static pages because they load quicker, rank better, and have no plugin stack to maintain or get hacked. When a business truly needs a content management system, we will say so and scope it honestly.

Is SEO included or extra? The foundation is included: titles, structured data, clean URLs, sitemap, speed, and pages written around real searches. Ongoing ranking work, content, and monthly measurement is the separate SEO engagement, and the site is built so that work has something solid to stand on.

Will I be able to update the site myself? You will always own the site, the domain, and the content. Most clients have us handle updates under a small maintenance arrangement, and our website maintenance cost guide shows the market rates for that.
